We do not knowingly collect more information about a child than is necessary to discuss tutoring services with you. We do not collect payment card information on this website.

• Respond to your enquiry and schedule a free consultation
• Match your child to an appropriate course and group, and confirm class placement
• Send invoices and communicate about scheduling and enrollment
• Improve our services and respond to questions

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Children's Privacy

LBZ provides services to families of children in Grades 1–10. Enquiries are submitted by a parent or guardian, not by children. We collect only a child's first name and grade level for the purpose of arranging tutoring. We do not knowingly allow children to submit personal information directly through this site. If you believe a child has provided us information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the website and manage enquiries, under obligations to protect your data:

• Hosting: Vercel (website hosting and serverless functions)
• Database: Neon (secure storage of registration enquiries)

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of LBZ, our families, or others.

Registration enquiries are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored in a secured database. Access to the admin area is password-protected. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to provide services and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it may be deleted on request or in the normal course of business.
