These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Learning Boost via Zoom ("LBZ," "we," "us") website and your enquiry about our tutoring services. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our Services

LBZ provides creative, small-group (2–4 students) online tutoring delivered live via Zoom for students in Grades 1–10 in Math, English, Science, and French. Course offerings, schedules, and fees are described on the website and may change. A course runs only when a minimum of 2 students are enrolled.

2. Registration & Enquiries

The registration form on this website is an enquiry, not a binding enrollment or payment. After you submit an enquiry, we will follow up to schedule a free consultation and confirm placement. You agree to provide accurate information and that you are the parent or legal guardian authorized to submit information about the child named in your enquiry.

3. Payments & Invoices

No payment is collected through this website. Once placement is confirmed, LBZ sends an invoice. Payment is due as stated on the invoice, and enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Do not send any payment until you receive an invoice.

4. Discounts

Discounts (such as multi-course or referral credits) are applied at LBZ's discretion according to the terms described on the website at the time of registration and may change without notice.

5. Downloadable Resources

Any worksheets or learning materials offered on this website are provided for the personal, non-commercial use of LBZ families. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post these materials without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, course descriptions, graphics, the LBZ name and logo, and materials — is owned by or licensed to LBZ and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse it without permission, except as allowed for your personal use of our services.
